Becoming a Womban Mom and Daughter Circle

This is an invitation to girls ages 10 years and older as well as their moms to join me as we journey into reclaiming the power of our sacred memory which lies in our wombs, our blood and in our menstrual cycle. 

This will be a very gentle and subtle exploration of the menstrual cycle. We will drink rose tea. We will connect to our heart and womb space with a guided meditation and have some creative fun with clay and collaging. 

It’s time to break the menstrual taboo, it’s time to bring back this sacred rite of passage and understand how much magic, wisdom and power our wombs and our blood hold from a young age♥️🌹🩸

Weaving the Seasons of the Womb into Empowerment 🌹🌘✨️

The womb is a women’s Feminine core, the generator of tremendous creative transformation for ourselves and for those we connect with. Tuning into our bodies power and intuition offers safety and connection to our essence. Understanding the seasons of the womb empowers young women to move with their bodies cycles, tuning into the wisdom within and finding their own natural rhythm. Releasing shame and lack of open dialogue around our menstrual cycles creates deep self-awareness and insight into our inner-alcemy.

🌹Learning & exploring the Seasons of the Womb as well as additional Womb wisdom
🌹Working with crystals & charms to create a sacred bracelet holding symbolism & the intention of the evening.

Held by the medicine of the rose, anchored with gentle space holding rituals whilst aligning with others in a sacred circle. A space to learn, to feel nurtured and to connect with one’s personal power.
